Everyone needs light

When darkness closes in everyone could do with a little light, at times the world we live in produces it's own darkness and it has a tendency to slow the entire human race down, people loose hope, they struggle to make ends meet, they become depressed and so on. At times our own decisions create darkness, but please be of good cheer God wants to be the light in your life, He wants to impart His light (that is Jesus Christ) into your heart and through Christ God wants to light up the world from within you and through you, read more by clicking on the link below

In the face of your problems

In the face of your problems
A leader must face up to many questions, in both the good and bad times; never surrender to substandard morals.

there is a good old say, "you need to face the music", the meaning of this saying; you need to face your troubles.

We know that sometimes we want to hid from the music, we do not like the sound of it threats and therefore we avoid it's threats, you need to face the music and make sure that it is in rhythm and in tune with to sounds that you want to hear

Never change your morals, values and or standards when you are facing so serious trials, remember if your values change your problem will rule

Short cuts are only today's resolve that will end up re-inviting the problem in the not so distant future

Find a way to deal with things long term and you will always stand out in far stronger way to handle the past because you have diligently and wisely readied yourself, those who are prepared will be those who resolve

Remember you are not alone God will always help those who seek Him and trust Him

Psa 31:24 NKJV  Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart, All you who hope in the LORD.

Giving

Giving and giving until you love giving

Developing a giving heart means taking as much as possible of the focus of yourself and diverting it to the benefit of others, now it is obvious that with the measure that you give you will receive, always give with the attitude of Christ who never tried to draw attention to himself but who always was focused on two things

1. Connecting and committing himself to the will of the father

2. Secondly once He was acquainted with what Father God wanted it always had a good effect on individuals and one the masses

Wow Christ came to teach us that as you learn to connect to the heart of the Father you should be converted from me, me, me to us, us, us

When Jesus came along to encourage Pieter after His crucifixion Jesus asked Pieter the following question, "Pieter do you love me, Pieter was asked this question three times and every time Pieter answered yes, every time Christ would place the focus on the believing masses.
Jesus instructed him to take care of his sheep

No shadow of turning

No shadow of turning

Num 6:24-26 NKJV "The LORD bless you and keep you; (25) The LORD make His face shine upon you, And be gracious to you; (26) The LORD lift up His countenance upon you, And give you peace." '

God wants to make His face shine on us and that means He wants us to be like Him, to talk like Him and to walk like Him and the only way we can do this is if we spend quality time with Him

Jas 1:17-21 NKJV Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning. (18) Of His own will He brought us forth by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of first fruits of His creatures. (19) So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath; (20) for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God. (21) Therefore lay aside all filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.

God the Father has given us the best through Christ and He wants us to enjoy the spiritual gifts with the same power that Christ enjoyed them, these gifts have been given to us so that we may make perfect use of them, God the Father is the Father of lights and the light that shines in us is Christ

Psa 119:105 NKJV Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path.

Psa 43:3 NKJV Oh, send out Your light and Your truth! Let them lead me; Let them bring me to Your holy hill And to Your tabernacle.

See God light wants to lead us to a holy life style and that is why God has given those who are in Christ His Holy Spirit, so we are told to arise and shine because Christ our light has come, the Lord wants us to enjoy His victory and He wants us to stand up in His strength and we are to overcome every situation by the power of Christ and through the guidance and strength of the Holy Spirit

Isa 60:1-3 NKJV Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you. (2) For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people; But the LORD will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you. (3) The Gentiles shall come to your light, And kings to the brightness of your rising.

We are called to rule and reign with Christ

Eph 2:4-10 NKJV But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, (5) even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), (6) and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, (7) that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. (8) For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, (9) not of works, lest anyone should boast. (10) For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

Not many years ago people would commit themselves to one another by mere hand shake or just by saying yes I am in.

Well, well what can we say, people speak about reliable cars, equipment, software and so on, but to find reliable people in these times seems to be a rear thing, people are not that faithful in general and there "yes" does not amount to a yes, we see all the more people leaving one job to go to another and the calling card is normally perks or an extra dollar or two. Money has become many peoples measuring stick, they can be swayed by it, some will even turn from being a good citizen by the lure and temptations that money has to offer.
The word of God warns us that in the last days people will be lovers of money rather than lovers of God, you see we can not and should not make decisions based on financial lures, but we should rather make our decisions based on the will of God. How do we know what the will of God is, we come to know His will through a personal relationship with Him, did you know that God may say no when you think that this is definitely a yes. You see many times our eyes, ears and emotions respond to anything that may have an external benefit, but the Lord does not work in such a way, what matters to the Lord is faithfulness to His purpose for our lives, we must make sure of one thing and we need to continuously evaluate whether we are truly at one with the Fathers will

We are wisely instructed by the word of the Lord, that we should seek the kingdom of God and His righteousness.
Mat 6:33 NIV But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. We are also warned that we cannot severe two master, why because one will be loved and the other will be hated Mat 6:21-34 NIV For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. (22) "The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are good, your whole body will be full of light. (23) But if your eyes are bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness! (24) "No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and Money. (25) "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? (26) Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? (27) Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? (28) "And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. (29) Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. (30) If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? (31) So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' (32) For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. (33) But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. (34) Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

I want to remind you that God is faithful and has eternal plans, money can not go with you beyond the grave, the Egyptian Pharaoh's had there wealth berried with them and guess what there mummified bodies are still there, there wealth stayed where it was berried (that is is the grave robbers did not find it) and there supposed riches did them no good beyond the grave, but for those who have put there trust in God this is what the scripture have to say. Rev 22:12-13 NIV "Behold, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to everyone according to what he has done. (13) I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.

Look at this wonderful scripture Heb 13:5-6 AMP Let your character or moral disposition be free from love of money [including greed, avarice, lust, and craving for earthly possessions] and be satisfied with your present [circumstances and with what you have]; for He [God] Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you without support. [I will] not, [I will] not, [I will] not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let [you] down (relax My hold on you)! [Assuredly not!] [Josh. 1:5.] (6) So we take comfort and are encouraged and confidently and boldly say, The Lord is my Helper; I will not be seized with alarm [I will not fear or dread or be terrified]. What can man do to me? [Ps. 27:1;118:6.]

The beauty of this message is that God promises us the He will never leave us nor forsake us, money can not lead you to eternity, nor can it follow you beyond the grave, but the Lord is with you both now and then, therefore seek the true wealth that is freely offered to those who trust in His unfailing love.

Look at what the "Faithful One" offers you
Isa 48:18-19 NIV If only you had paid attention to my commands, your peace would have been like a river, your righteousness like the waves of the sea. (19) Your descendants would have been like the sand, your children like its numberless grains; their name would never be cut off nor destroyed from before me."
